The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of downtown Appleton, which is perfect for attending events at the Fox Cities PAC. The rooms were clean, but the small bathroom tub and connecting door were a bit of a hassle. The service was a mix of rude and friendly interactions, and it would be great if the decor were updated. Dining options were limited, but the food quality was excellent.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though showing signs of aging. The service was generally good, but there were some issues with the reception's handling of bookings. The location was fantastic, especially for those attending events at Fox Cities PAC. The dining experience was lacking, but overall, it was a decent value for the price paid.
The hotel has sleep number beds that were VERY comfortable, although there was a strange smell in the room and it remained cold despite adjusting the thermostat. The room appeared dated and not very clean, a downside. Service was super nice and cooperative, with a desire for updated decor. The location is great, next to good food and nightlife, but in need of upgrades. Breakfast was delicious, but facilities need improvement.
